At EnterpriStore, we know that business intelligence is critical to your success, and so we have provided a full range of analytics tools. One of these powerful tools is Piwik Web Analytics. EnterpriStore is fully integrated with Piwik, so you can use their system to analyze all of your site’s data without any complicated data entry or sharing process. If you choose to use it, Piwik will analyze your revenue, orders, website performance, and more. Piwik is a thorough system used by many ecommerce stores, and you’ll be able to use it right from the EnterpriStore platform.
From your Piwik dashboard, you’ll be able to see general website performance and visitor information. This includes statistics about your visitors in real time and an overview of your site’s orders, revenue, and average order value over the past month. You can also use Piwik to view data on a wide range of performance aspects, including your site’s conversion rates, revenue, orders, average order values, most popular products, and detailed product statistics. Piwik also maintains an ecommerce log, which is updated in real time. This log displays all of your site’s visitors, purchases, and statistics about abandoned shopping carts. This information is incredibly helpful to gain an idea of where your site is strong, where you have weaknesses, and how your visitors generally behave. All of this information can help you to make more informed business decisions.
If you have set up ecommerce tracking with Piwik, you can also use the Piwik system to generate detailed ecommerce reports. Piwik provides report options for ecommerce metrics, ecommerce orders, total revenue, average order value, conversion rate, purchased products, abandoned carts metrics, best products, best categories, and more. For all of these reports, you can set the date range and other metrics. This makes it as easy as possible to track how your site is performing so that you can improve it for the best possible customer experience.
